The Senior Accounting Associate (OAS) plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Oversee the accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex financial issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting
