Senior Accountant Remote

United Hospital District has an opening for a Senior Accountant. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with full benefits. It is 100% remote but can also accommodate a hybrid schedule if preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, inputting, balancing, and analyzing general ledger transactions
• Assisting in preparing workpapers for the yearly financial audit and cost report
• Oversight of the retirement audit
• Ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Requirements

• 5 years of general ledger experience
• Payroll experience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Minnesota taxes is preferred

Pay

$62,400.00 – $93,600.00 annually
