About the role

EisnerAmper is a leading accounting and advisory firm committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace. This position is within our Outsourced Accounting team, focusing on special projects. The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations and accounting processes for our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in all phases of client engagements, including work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout, adhering to established processes.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet client and stakeholder expectations, while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct research on technical accounting issues and contribute to the development of resolutions.
  • Support on-site, virtual, or augmented business services for clients as needed.
  • Prepare and review deliverables for client approval, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Assist with other consulting projects as assigned.
  • Proactively communicate any concerns or issues related to ongoing assignments.
  • Prepare for relevant certification exams and maintain required Continuing Professional Education (CPE).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting or auditing experience, or experience within an outsourced accounting team.
  • CPA certification or pursuing CPA certification.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactive nature, and willingness to accept feedback.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional travel to our local office or client locations. Availability is expected for Eastern and/or Central time zones.
