Senior Accountant, Outsource Accounting and Finance
Responsibilities
- Performing accounting services for clients inclusive of: Assisting and maintaining clients' annual operating plan/budgets
- Analyzing general ledger process, identifying, and resolving discrepancies
- Preparation of complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reports
- Aid in establishing and maintaining standardized accounting procedures and processes
- Producing all relevant financial statement reports on monthly and annual basis
- Performing general accounting duties as needed, such as accounts payable functions, account reconciliations, and work paper preparation
- Aiding in onboarding new clients
- Providing training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applications
- Achieving consistent and outstanding client satisfaction
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline
- A minimum of three years of related experience
- Project management experience with accounting-based projects, and ability to deliver on-time outcomes
Pay
The salary range for the role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
Schedule
Hours Of Operation: Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our summer hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times.
