Senior Accountant, Outsource Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities

  • Performing accounting services for clients inclusive of: Assisting and maintaining clients' annual operating plan/budgets
  • Analyzing general ledger process, identifying, and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparation of complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reports
  • Aid in establishing and maintaining standardized accounting procedures and processes
  • Producing all relevant financial statement reports on monthly and annual basis
  • Performing general accounting duties as needed, such as accounts payable functions, account reconciliations, and work paper preparation
  • Aiding in onboarding new clients
  • Providing training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applications
  • Achieving consistent and outstanding client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline
  • A minimum of three years of related experience
  • Project management experience with accounting-based projects, and ability to deliver on-time outcomes

Pay

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

Schedule

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our summer hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times.

This position provides delivery of accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients in a variety of industries.
