Responsibilities

• Lead key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Support inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related transactions
• Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Auxiliary with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and efficiencies
• Leverage NetSuite to streamline reporting and enhance financial visibility
• Participate in system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives
• Auxiliary with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Mandatory manufacturing industry experience
• Strong understanding of inventory and manufacturing accounting principles
• Experience using NetSuite ERP strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple business functions

$100,000 - $110,000 per year

Hands-on accounting professional with manufacturing experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to understand how accounting impacts operational performance. Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly preferred.
