We are specifically looking for a Senior Accountant with a well-rounded accounting background and strong experience in construction, project accounting, and job costing to join our growing team.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal Senior Accountant will bring a broad accounting foundation with particular strength in:

• Construction and/or real estate accounting
• Job costing and project accounting
• Draw processes and project-related accounting
• Month-end close
• Journal entries and account reconciliations
• Financial reporting
• General ledger accounting
• Working across multiple entities, projects, or business units
• Learning new systems and processes quickly
• Stepping into new environments and becoming a trusted resource to accounting teams
• ERP experience; exposure to systems such as Yardi, Viewpoint, Sage, NetSuite, or similar platforms is a plus

We're looking for someone who is adaptable, confident, collaborative, and comfortable operating at the Senior Accountant level while still being willing to roll up their sleeves.
