About the role
The Automotive Services team at Holman is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing complex account reconciliations, reviewing external department accounts, maintaining fixed asset controls, overseeing company policies and procedures, and performing ad-hoc reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complex account reconciliations including bank reconciliations
- Review external departments' account reconciliations to support complete and accurate financial reporting
- Maintain oversight of fixed asset controls
- Maintain oversight on company policies and operating procedures
- Perform ad-hoc reporting
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
- CPA or MBA a plus
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or related position performing Accounting and financial data analysis tasks
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in time management to meet assigned deadlines
- Organized and prioritizes tasks and makes appropriate decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Able to execute data mining and analysis, maintain highest standards of accuracy and precision, and be highly organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to non-specialists
- Able to quickly comprehend processes and learn systems and tools, visualize data and insights, and present findings to management
- Able to be accountable and professional while managing multiple priorities

Pay
Competitive wages starting in the range of $60,800.00 - $86,640.00 USD annually for full-time employees.
