Adonel Concrete is a Leading Independent Concrete & Block Manufacturing Company located in South Florida who is looking to add motivated sales individuals to join their team in Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. These individuals need to be well respected in the construction industry with a desire to work hard and be successful. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling concrete and block and must possess strong negotiation skills and provide outstanding customer service. Qualifications High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred10 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry, concrete industry preferredExcellent Customer Service skillsAbility to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a teamAbility to build relationships and relate to othersValid Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company safety standards Responsibilities Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customersEfficiently identify prospective customers and projectsEstablish new customer accounts and projects in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the communityMeet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budgetAddress and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaintsEffectively communicate between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operationsAssist in the collection of revenue, when necessary
