About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will manage and perform comprehensive accounting services for a group of clients, supported by the team’s Accounting Manager/Controller and collaborating with Staff Accountants. This full-cycle accounting role positions you as the primary point person on several engagements, working directly with clients across diverse sizes and industries.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary liaison for a group of clients.
- Supports and mentors staff accountants.
- Reviews weekly and monthly deliverables prepared by staff and senior accountants for accuracy.
- Prepares standard and non-standard journal entries.
- Reviews, analyzes, and reconciles general ledger accounts.
- Prepares and reviews budgets, tracking variances with actuals.
- Prepares and distributes weekly and monthly client financial reports within specified deadlines.
- Coordinates monthly financial review meetings and presents financials to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Outsourced accounting experience strongly preferred.

Pay
Starting wage is $75,000 to $85,000. Actual wages may vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance. This range is part of a total compensation package that includes commissions, annual bonuses, program-specific rewards, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
