Senior Accountant, Global Accounting
About the role
and thenwith that content. Next: "What You'll Do" bullet list of duties. That's responsibilities. We'll put
Responsibilities
and- each bullet.
List items:
- Own assigned areas of accounting, taking responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of journal entries, account reconciliations, and reviews through month-end and year-end close.

- Provide coverage for bank reconciliations and credit card accounting during peak periods and team absences.
- Support external audits, including preparing requested schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and assisting with resolution of findings.
- Support internal control documentation and testing for intercompany and NetSuite-driven processes.

- Partner with Business Applications on NetSuite improvements and act as an accounting contact for cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a NetSuite subject matter resource for the accounting team, including testing new functionality, documenting system processes, and training staff.
That's responsibilities.
Next: "What You'll Bring" bullet list of qualifications/requirements. This includes education, CPA, years experience, NetSuite, US GAAP, ASC 606, etc. We'll separate into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills perhaps. The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide how to split.
We have bullet list:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA required, or active progress toward certification.
- 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience; multi-entity or multinational experience preferred.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Hands-on ASC 606 revenue recognition experience, including contract review and preparation of revenue schedules.
- Demonstrated track record of independently scoping ambiguous problems and delivering completed work products.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and construction of reconciliation workbooks.
- Enthusiasm for modernizing how accounting work gets done, including adopting automation and AI tools as the function evolves.
- Experience supporting external audits (schedule prep, auditor requests, resolving findings).
- Experience in open communication and collaborating cross functionally with internal teams across time zones to drive results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce process documentation suitable for use by others.
We could categorize: Requirements (education, CPA, years experience, NetSuite preferred, US GAAP, ASC 606). Qualifications maybe similar. Skills: Advanced Excel, communication, etc. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements" section with all bullet points. Or split into "Qualifications" and "Skills". The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe one section for "Requirements" covering all. Or we could have "Qualifications" and "Skills". But we need to ensure each section has substantive content.
Let's think: The posting includes "What You'll Bring" which is a mix of qualifications and skills. Could treat as "Requirements". We'll output a single
Requirements
with- all those points.
Now about Benefits, Pay, Schedule: The posting does not mention any benefits, pay, or schedule specifics. There's a line about "Learn more at www.parallelwireless.com" but that's not benefits. No explicit benefits, pay, schedule. So we should NOT include those sections.
Also there is a paragraph about Parallel Wireless expanding ecosystem etc. That's more about company description; could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "About the company" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings are limited to those list. We could include company description under About the role or maybe not include because it's not strictly about the role but it's substantive. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could put company description under About the role as well. That's fine.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, diversity statement, unsolicited resumes, AI tools, etc. Also remove "Learn more about our mission, vision and values ." That's okay to keep as part of About the role? It's generic but maybe keep. It's not boilerplate? It's a generic invitation but could stay. However we should remove navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The diversity statement is EEO-like; we should remove it. The unsolicited resumes paragraph is application instruction; remove. The AI tools paragraph is also maybe part of hiring process; could be considered boilerplate? It's about hiring process; maybe remove as it's not substantive to the job. The instruction says remove application instructions. The AI tools paragraph is about hiring process; could be considered part of application instructions. Safer to remove.
Also remove "Learn more at www.parallelwireless.com" maybe not needed but it's not boilerplate; it's a link. Could keep but it's not essential. Might be okay to keep in About the role.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all the bullet points exactly as given.
