About the role

Our client is a global technology organization that values innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth. They are looking for a Senior Fixed Asset Accountant to work in a fast-paced environment alongside professionals across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Perform lease accounting activities in accordance with ASC 842.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and other month-end close activities.
  • Identify ways to improve accounting procedures, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and analysis.
  • Contribute to accounting projects, system improvements, and other cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a public company.
  • Experience with fixed asset accounting and ASC 842 lease accounting.
  • Experience with an enterprise-level ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking abilities, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$110k – $120k base salary, plus bonus and equity potential.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office.
