Responsibilities

• Engage in direct contact with commercial, not-for-profit, and employee benefit plan/ESOP clients.
• Manage client engagements and delegate work to staff as appropriate.
• Develop technical skills across audit, tax, and advisory services.
• Train and supervise staff members.
• Participate in ongoing continuing education to sharpen technical skills.
• Attend internal training sessions to build a personal network, meet prospective clients, and cultivate referrals.
• Contribute to firm growth by delivering exceptional client service.
• Participate in charitable outreach initiatives to give back to local, regional, and global communities.

Requirements

• CPA certification.
• 3–5 years of public accounting audit experience.

Schedule

Limited travel required; current clients are located within a 90-minute drive of the office.
