Corporate Accounting ERP Transition High-Growth Retail Organization About The Company We are a rapidly growing Hispanic retail grocery organization operating across multiple states with 18 legal entities and a newly established corporate structure. As we continue to scale, we are transitioning from QuickBooks to a modern ERP platform and strengthening our corporate accounting infrastructure. Position Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and self-directed Senior Accountant Bilingual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role will be instrumental in managing multi-entity accounting operations, supporting an ERP transition, improving internal controls, and helping establish full-cycle accounting processes at a corporate-level standard. This is not a transactional role. We are looking for a professional who can independently identify issues, prioritize effectively, and build structure where needed. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage month-end close across 18 entitiesPrepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustmentsPerform and analyze multi-entity balance sheet reconciliationsManage fixed assets accounting and reconciliationsSupport ERP implementation and migration from QuickBooks to Microsoft Business CentralIdentify control gaps and recommend process improvementsDevelop standardized accounting procedures across retail and corporate entitiesAssist with financial reporting and variance analysisSupport audit readiness and documentationServe as a subject matter expert on U.S. GAAP applicationEnsure adherence to GAAP and corporate accounting policies Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3–5+ years of progressive accounting experienceExperience in multi-entity or multi-location environmentsIntermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP functions, data analysis)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsERP system experience (implementation exposure strongly preferred)Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAPExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal oversightStrong prioritization skills in a fast-moving environmentBilingual (English and Spanish) strongly required.
