Responsibilities

• Manage SEC Reporting and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee operational accounting tasks and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Big 4 public accounting audit background.
• Experience with public companies is essential.
• Proven track record in process improvement initiatives.
• Background in insurance, asset management, or financial services sectors is preferred.
• CPA designation is preferred.
