**What You’ll Do**
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in our Finance team, contributing to accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization. Your work will help ensure financial integrity and support strategic decision-making across the business. You will:

• Bring fresh ideas to improve accounting processes and drive efficiencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and People teams
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial documentation
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and identify trends
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
• Own sales tax filings and manage multi-state compliance (TaxJar)
• Run U.S. payroll and manage adjustments and pre-tax contributions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
• Lead and mentor Staff Accountants, including reviewing work and coaching

**Must Haves**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial systems

**Nice to Have**

• CPA (or in progress)
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
• Experience supporting audits and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, modeling)
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
