About TTPTechnical Training Professionals (TTP) is a specialized workforce readiness partner to the power generation industry. We build training platforms, custom content, and technical documentation that help utilities and independent power producers operate their plants safely and effectively. Phoenix is our finance hub, with the broader team operating across multiple locations, and we are growing. Position OverviewTTP is hiring a Senior Accountant to own our accounting function end-to-end. This is a hands-on role. The Senior Accountant personally executes AP and AR daily while also owning month-end close, revenue recognition, project accounting, and financial reporting. Both the transactional and the analytical sides of accounting are core, long-term responsibilities, not phases to grow out of. The role reports directly to the CEO and serves as the internal financial lead and primary liaison to our outside CPA. Because there is no internal controller layer, this role requires a candidate with genuine independence, strong full-cycle experience, and comfort operating without daily oversight. It is a great fit for a CPA-track or credentialed accountant who wants meaningful ownership of a growing company's finance function and direct visibility to leadership. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Phoenix location. We work in-office because the Senior Accountant sits next to the CEO, owns the numbers leadership makes decisions from, and has direct impact on how a growing company scales.
