Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant (CPA) who is interested in developing into a future finance leader. This role blends technical accounting responsibilities with meaningful exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate possesses strong familiarity with GAAP, an analytical mindset, and a desire to connect financial results to business performance within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This position also provides opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to key finance initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities Develop financial models and ad hoc analyses to support decisions.Lead cross-functional finance and accounting initiatives.Prepare management reporting packages and executive presentations.Play a significant role in month-end and year-end close processes.Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition and related accounting activities.Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.Partner with Finance leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.Analyze performance, event profitability, and key business metrics.Mentor and review work of Staff Accountants and junior team members.Assist with training, onboarding, and process development\
