- Lead monthly close activities by preparing journal entries, completing reconciliations, and assembling supporting documentation for financial reporting.
- Balance intercompany accounts and investigate differences between affiliated entities to maintain clean and accurate records.
- Analyze account activity for unusual items or inconsistencies and independently research issues through to resolution.
- Review accounting system integrations and recommend process enhancements that strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
Requirements

- Advanced Excel capabilities, including the use of pivot tables and lookup formulas.
- Experience working with accounting platforms; Sage Intacct is strongly preferred.
- Background supporting multi-entity environments, automated accounting processes, or healthcare-related accounting is preferred.
Benefits
- Medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance for contract/temporary professionals.
- Eligibility to enroll in company 401(k) plan for hired contract/temporary professionals.
