Responsibilities
- Handle sales tax filings, bank and credit card reconciliations, royalties accounting, and accruals
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques
- Serve as primary contact for external auditors
Qualifications
- Accounting or Finance degree (BS/BA/MBA)
- Previous experience in accounting management or related fields
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles and procedures
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other advanced spreadsheet functions
- Strong leadership, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Client-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills
