We’re looking for a collaborative, self-motivated Senior Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team.As our Senior Accountant, you’ll independently own meaningful areas of our accounting operations while helping us improve how the work gets done. You’ll combine strong accounting judgment with a systems mindset to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and help our accounting processes scale.What You'll DoIndependently own key areas of the month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, account analysis, and other complex accounting activities within your scopeSupport accounting across a multi-entity environment, including areas such as intercompany activity, consolidation, foreign currency, payroll and compensation accounting, and related reconciliationsApply strong accounting judgment to investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain accurate and well-supported financial recordsIdentify recurring manual work, control gaps, and inefficient accounting workflows, and support implementing practical improvementsUse NetSuite/OneWorld functionality, automation, AI, and other tools to streamline accounting processes, improve data quality, and reduce unnecessary manual effortPartner with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to understand process needs, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that balance efficiency, accuracy, and appropriate controlsSupport audit readiness and documentation while helping ensure accounting processes remain scalable, repeatable, and well controlledTo Be Set Up for Success in This Role, You'll Need to Have5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with the ability to independently own substantive accounting processes and portions of the closeStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience applying accounting principles to increasingly complex transactions and operational accounting issuesHands-on experience working with NetSuite/OneWorld in a multi-entity accounting environmentExperience identifying and implementing accounting process improvements, including examples where you have automated, redesigned, streamlined, or otherwise improved recurring workflowsStrong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and drive them through resolutionExperience collaborating across teams and communicating accounting or process requirements clearly to stakeholdersA CPA or equivalent accounting credentialIf Any of the Below Also Describe You, This Could Be an Exciting OpportunityYou have experience in SaaS, software, technology, or another complex and rapidly evolving business environmentYour career includes experience in both public accounting and an in-house accounting or finance organizationYou’ve helped optimize financial close or reconciliation workflows using tools such as FloQast, BlackLine, or similar platformsYou’ve used advanced Excel, reporting or data tools, workflow automation, no-code tools, SQL, AI, or similar technologies to improve accounting processesYou have experience supporting ERP enhancements, implementations, integrations, or other accounting systems initiativesYou enjoy experimenting with better ways to complete accounting work while maintaining strong financial controls and accounting integrityIn Addition, We're Always Looking for Candidates WhoTake ownership of their work and independently move problems toward resolution while knowing when to involve othersBring curiosity to existing processes and look for practical opportunities to make them simpler, more reliable, and more scalableBalance speed and efficiency with accuracy, sound judgment, and appropriate financial controlsCommunicate clearly and work effectively with both accounting teammates and cross-functional partnersAre comfortable operating in an evolving environment, navigating ambiguity, and adapting as business needs changeProactively incorporate AI tools into day-to-day work to improve productivity and accelerate deliveryInterview OverviewBelow you'll find an outline of the interview plan for this role. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
