Senior Accountant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the organization's financial operations.

Responsibilities
- Support the organization's accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end activities.
- Manage and oversee multiple accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection.
- Assist with regulatory, statutory, audit, and compliance reporting requirements.
- Serve as a financial resource to internal stakeholders and collaborate across departments to support business operations.
- Provide backup support to team members with critical financial processes as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives that support organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of four years of progressive accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
