We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the organization's financial operations.

MedOne is a full-service pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), serving clients and members nationwide. With a fully transparent, pass-through model, MedOne helps people conveniently access the most appropriate prescriptions at the most affordable price.

Responsibilities

  • Support the organization's accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end activities.
  • Manage and oversee multiple accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate revenue collection.
  • Assist with regulatory, statutory, audit, and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Serve as a financial resource to internal stakeholders and collaborate across departments to support business operations.
  • Provide backup support to team members with critical financial processes as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that support organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of four years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
