Assists in directing financial activities of our organization.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger Recon Review, Organization and Tracking
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for various asset and liability accounts
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, including supporting documentation
• Maintain Journal Entry list for the department
• Perform corporate and region journal entries as needed
• Installs, modifies, documents, and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures
• AP Invoice Review for proper taxation, coding, appropriate approvals, and vendor
• Serve as backup to Accounts Payable
• Assorted Accruals
