Senior Accountant

Salary Range: $60,000-75,000 POSITION SCOPE: The Senior Accountant will play a key role in driving financial accuracy, process improvements, and operational excellence across our expanding global portfolio. This is a high-visibility role with significant responsibility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Oversee and streamline the expense reporting process, ensuring timely approvals, accuracy in reconciliation, and compliance with company policy.Own the reconciliation of merchandise, design / build, and ticket revenue streams, ensuring accuracy across multiple projects and entities.Reconcile intercompany accounts / billables.Manage all aspects related to month-end close for select entities.Monitor, review, and analysis of designated general ledger accounts.Manage the sales tax compliance process and ensure timely and accurate submissions.Assist in other month end close proceduresIdentify, design and enforce new processes PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required with 5+ years of related work experience. CPA or CPA-eligible candidate strongly preferred.Must have strong knowledge of general accounting principles.Experience with NetSuite or Business Central preferred.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently without frequent direct supervision. Must be able to work remotely.Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized.Must be able to meet deadlines in a timely and effective manner. Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and work under stressful situations.
