Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid Controllership in the preparation and filling of all external reporting including the preparation of underlying schedules such as cash flow proofs, equity roll forwards, footnotes, etc. and bank reports and 401K financials.
• Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and implementing process improvements.
• Participates in month end close activities, including creating journal entries and reconciling high risk accounts.
• Support the annual insurance renewal process.
• Support the annual tax provisions, tax returns, transfer pricing analysis, etc.
• Assist in new accounting pronouncement adoptions and related analysis/process modifications.
• Assure accurate, timely filing of consolidated federal, state and local income tax returns and other business-related filings.
• Assist in global month/quarter/year end close and consolidation processes including detailed review and analysis of results.
• Work closely with Forj Medical subsidiaries to ensure financials are in accordance with US GAAP.
• Be the primary liaison for third party consultants such as audit, tax and legal.
• Assist in analyzing internal controls to ensure we are incompliance and implementing internal control improvements relevant to a private company.
• Support the preparation and filling of all external reporting including the preparation of underlying schedules such as cash flow proofs, equity roll forwards, footnotes, etc. and bank reports and 401K financials.
• Serve as a liaison for tax issues that arise including the annual tax provisions, tax returns, transfer pricing analysis, etc.
