Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with ambition — someone who is wired towards process improvement, runs highly efficient, world-class back-office systems, and brings real energy to operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full cycle expense management function — Accounts Payable, corporate spend, people expenses, and the dashboards that help close the books efficiently and keep leadership informed.
• High-volume task management, sharp reporting instincts, and a bias for process improvement and automation are your superpowers.
• This role is a great fit for someone who has hands-on ops experience in a high-growth SaaS and/or remote environment, is energized by growth opportunities, ownership and improvement, and is excited to grow with Consensus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• High growth SaaS or B2B software industry background
• Deep hands-on experience with AP, Payroll and Expense Ops
• Strong GL and month-end close experience with direct ownership of reconciliations and journal entries
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, recurring task workflows with precision, consistency, and accountability
• Exceptional organizational and self-management skills
• Routine and repeatable incorporation of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting deliverables (AP health, expense ops, GL pulse)

Qualifications

• NetSuite experience
• Public accounting experience
• CPA or equivalent designation

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 95,000 - 105,000 USD per year(Remote (United States))
