Responsibilities
- Follow our company's established accounting processes
- Perform monthly reconciliations and balance general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Prepare business and personal tax returns
- Supervise junior accountants
- Manage client experience
- Other projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, math, business administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in accountancy (Preferred)
- 2+ years experience in accounting and/or tax
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish assigned objectives
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational & analytical skills
