Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage assigned financial records and general ledger accounts for multiple entities.
- Analyze and reconcile accounts, including aging reports and accounts payable ledgers.
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory reconciliations.
- Lead monthly and quarterly closing processes and related activities.
- Prepare Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flows) on a quarterly/yearly basis.
- Ensure adherence to accounting controls and compliance with company policies.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and reporting for international stakeholders.
- Support business initiatives by providing accounting insights and solutions.
- Perform additional accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required).
- 6–8 years of accounting experience (including in large/multinational settings).
- Advanced knowledge of accounting standards.
- Mastery of ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics) and advanced Excel.
- Strong experience in reconciliations, reporting, and internal control frameworks.
