Senior Accountant
Achieve Clean, Timely Books
In this role, you will prepare and post journal entries across various GL areas including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, AP, cash, and corporate card activity. You will also own month-end reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts and resolve variances in a timely manner.
Close Process Excellence
You will support the monthly and quarterly close calendar, continuously identifying opportunities to compress the timeline. You will manage the AP cycle end-to-end, including invoice coding, approval workflow, and payment runs. You will partner with department heads to ensure accurate expense coding and policy compliance. You will perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and own the corporate card program reconciliation, working cross-functionally to enforce T&E policy.
Annual External Audit Support
You will serve as a key contributor to the annual external audit, owning your GL areas from the PBC list through fieldwork. You will help build and maintain accounting policies and internal controls documentation.
Process Automation and Improvement
You will proactively identify manual, repetitive workflows and propose automation or system-driven solutions. You will document processes as you build them, helping to establish infrastructure rather than inheriting it.
