Senior Accountant

About the role

Location: Fort Mill, SC. Experience: 3–5+ years of accounting experience. Level: Senior Accountant. Reports to: Group Controller. Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, business‑casual.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue and deferred revenue accounting
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Support month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Reconcile AR subledgers to the general ledger
• Handle CapEx/CIP reconciliations
• Support annual audits and internal controls
• Review supplier invoices and requisitions
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Analyze business trends and financial data
• Improve and automate accounting processes
• Partner with business leaders and cross‑functional teams
• Prepare management and quarterly board reporting
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

Qualifications

• Full-cycle accounting experience
• Public accounting and/or external/internal audit experience
• Strong month-end close experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or Oracle
• Process improvement, automation, and documentation experience
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Inventory experience is a nice‑to‑have, but not required
• Comfortable working hands‑on and getting into the details

Pay

$85K–$100K

Schedule

Hybrid — Tuesday–Thursday in office
