Senior Accountant (all genders welcome)

About the Role

Rosenxt is a forward-thinking technology group with 45 years of engineering excellence, focused on sensors, autonomous robotics, AI, and advanced materials. Our Houston team is expanding capabilities in water pipeline integrity, subsea and offshore operations, and upstream production optimization. You'll join a team delivering advanced services and operational excellence for critical infrastructure and energy assets, working alongside experienced professionals across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting for assigned entities
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP or IFRS accounting standards
• Assist in internal and external audits as required
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
• Provide general support assess their potential impact on financial matters, ensuring alignment with business and finance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Previous experience (3+ years) in accounting or finance roles, ideally within an international environment
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles; IFRS is a plus
• Pro-active approach with a desire to continually improve
• A structured, reliable, and goal-oriented way of working
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
