This individual will serve as a key client contact, oversee project delivery, manage communications workflows, coordinate live and virtual events, and mentor junior team members.Key responsibilities include:Managing client communications and project timelines across multiple programsCoordinating HCP/speaker engagement, contracting communications, and event logisticsTracking project data, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communicationsDeveloping communication materials and ensuring quality control across deliverablesSupporting client relationships, strategic program execution, and organic growth opportunitiesMentoring and managing junior team membersRequirements:5-7+ years of experience in healthcare communications, medical education, meetings/events, or healthcare logisticsStrong project management, client services, and organizational skillsAdvanced proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office toolsExperience managing multiple workstreams, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written communication and quality control skillsThis role is ideal for someone with a blend of client services, program operations, communications, and event execution experience within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
