Job Summary
This is a hybrid role to the HelloFresh Headquarters in either Chicago, IL or Boulder, CO. Factor, a brand of HelloFresh, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our New Channels Team. The role involves driving portfolio growth and expansion, executing high-impact launches, coordinating cross-functional integration, leading strategic partner success, and providing ongoing account management and support.
Responsibilities
- Drive Portfolio Growth & Expansion: Act as the primary account manager for a portfolio of healthcare partners, identifying opportunities to scale current programs, and expand Factor’s footprint within their broader clinical ecosystems.
- Execute High-Impact Launches: Lead the implementation of new partner programs or expanded service lines, coordinating every detail from user account setup to workflow mapping.
- Capture Cross-Functional Integration: Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, and Nutrition teams to translate the evolving needs of healthcare partners into seamless internal workflows.
- Lead Strategic Partner Success: Resolve complex questions with high-touch, solution-oriented responses that build the long-term trust necessary for partnership expansion.
- Provide Ongoing Account Management & Support: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for accounts, delivering consistent support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure program performance and partner satisfaction.

- A Proactive Strategy Leader: Identifies potential bottlenecks before they impact the partner experience and proactively proposes solutions that protect and grow the partnership.
- An Analytical Storyteller: Has a "trust but verify" mindset regarding data. Enjoying digging into numbers to ensure data integrity and transforming metrics into a compelling narrative that stakeholders—and partners—believe in.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in account management.
- Ideal experiences: management consulting, high growth environments such as healthcare start-ups (Series B+), and/or direct experience working for/with health plans or clinical research organizations.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including HIPAA.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google.
