About the role
This is a senior, quota-carrying sales role for people who win complex, high-value deals – not a transactional one. What sets the Client Partner apart is consultative depth: the ability to frame business problems, shape viable ERP transformation programs, and align client needs with Novobi’s delivery capabilities. Performance is measured against defined revenue and growth targets, and earned through the trust the Client Partner builds as a business advisor to client executives.
Responsibilities
- Owns the full commercial lifecycle for Odoo ERP engagements
- Drives revenue growth through deep client understanding, effective engagement design, and strong collaboration with Delivery
- Frames business problems and shapes viable ERP transformation programs
- Aligns client needs with Novobi’s delivery capabilities
- Builds trust as a business advisor to client executives
Requirements
- Proven track record in complex, high-value sales roles
- Strong consultative skills to understand and address client needs
- Experience in ERP systems and transformation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with delivery teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in ERP systems and transformation
