About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth within the Life Sciences industry by selling Engineering Services, Industrial Automation, Smart Manufacturing, Systems Integration, and Operational Technology (OT) solutions. This role is responsible for developing new business, expanding strategic accounts, and managing complex sales cycles with pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences manufacturing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic and target Life Sciences accounts.
- Drive new logo acquisition and business development activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders, plant leaders, engineering teams, and manufacturing leadership.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, OT, systems integration, and smart manufacturing solutions.
- Develop account strategies, pipeline forecasts, and growth plans.
- Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and technical teams to develop customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the Life Sciences industry.
- Experience selling Engineering Services, Industrial Automation, Systems Integration, Smart Manufacturing, OT, MES, or Digital Manufacturing solutions.
- Proven success in new business development and account growth.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
