Senior Account Executive, Large Customer Sales - Automotive

About the role

As a Sr. Account Executive, you will report to a Sr. Sales Manager and use your 7+ years of media sales experience to successfully grow and scale advertising partnerships with Automotive brands and their dealers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive account revenue
  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients
  • Possess strong prospecting and penetration skills to develop new client relationships
  • Develop C-Level client and agency relationships
  • Build and manage joint business partnerships and annual spend commitments across key workstreams
  • Interface with other Amazon orgs beyond Ads (e.g., AWS, Prime Video) to support broad client initiatives
  • Collaborate and work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business outcomes and results
  • Participate in and drive continuous improvement of sales processes, templates, and tools to better meet client needs and scale go-to-market innovation internally
  • Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
  • Experience closing sales and revenue generation

Qualifications

  • Experience building new customer relationships
  • Experience developing and closing data-led omnichannel and/or cross-tier partnerships with Automotive advertisers
  • Experience selling to automotive dealers or franchise owners, and/or developing partnerships with Program Management Offices (PMOs)

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of digital advertising landscape, including Streaming TV, Live Sports, and Programmatic

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $135,200.00 - $182,900.00 USD annually.

Schedule

This role currently requires five days working from the assigned office a week and will require travel as needed.
