What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach through virtual demos and closing new business
- Drive consistent outbound activity to generate and develop new opportunities with SMB owners
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand business goals and marketing challenges
- Present tailored digital marketing and business management solutions that deliver measurable results
- Manage and advance a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Leverage CRM tools and data to track activity, forecast accurately, and drive performance
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to share best practices and elevate team performance
- Focus on new client acquisition in a high-energy inside sales environment (no account management)
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales, outbound sales, or new business development
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-driven environment
- Strong prospecting and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
- Confidence conducting virtual presentations and guiding decision-makers through the buying process
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to control your income through performance
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)
