About the role

Join Collibra's Sales team as a Senior Account Executive for the Majors US territory. You will drive Collibra's growth by bringing our value and vision to customers and prospects, managing some of our largest accounts. As a trusted advisor, you will establish relationships, build brand awareness, and guide customers through their Data Intelligence journey, driving demand, adoption, and expansion of Collibra solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for net-new accounts in the Majors segment, build greenfield opportunities, and expand existing accounts to maintain an active deal pipeline and ideal quota coverage.
  • Manage complex deal cycles from lead origination to stakeholder mapping, negotiation, close, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process to identify value and ROI supporting customer needs.
  • Provide reliable and accurate forecasting with real-time Salesforce updates.

Requirements

  • Consistently achieved or overachieved SaaS sales quotas.
  • 7+ years of experience in the SaaS and Data space, with expertise in the Data Management domain.
  • Proven track record of originating and navigating complex, direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience selling net-new business and expansion opportunities to C-level buyers in large enterprise accounts in the US.
  • Managed consultative, value-based sales processes with measurable outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • First month: Complete onboarding, connect with team members and functional peers.

Pay

The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 per year. This role is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers consider experience, skills, and location.
