Position Overview We are seeking an energy and infrastructure- savvy Senior Account Executive with 4+ years of specialized communications experience in the energy and/or infrastructure industries. Experience leading aspects of client accounts, owning media strategy and execution, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with account leads. You’ll work with a growing roster of clean energy and energy transition clients across sectors like solar, storage, climate tech, and grid modernization, helping them build brand credibility, secure earned media wins, and influence key stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have experience in the clean energy landscape, have a knack for building relationships, and possess a proven track record of fostering teamwork to deliver high-impact PR results. Key Responsibilities Participate and assist in program brainstorming, development, and planningManage the workflow of client deliverables, ensure quality delivery and that deadlines are metManage multiple projects for clients from concept to completion by troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counselPlan, schedule, implement and lead activity required to execute client programs such as media programs, campaigns, launches, special eventsActively participates and leads sections on the client calls; builds relationships with clients through regular collaboration and contactProvide increasingly complex client counsel; advise client of appropriate action using research, tools, knowledge of industryMay manage account or business unit with minimal supervision Qualifications 4+ years of public relations experience, at least two of which are in the clean energy, tech, or sustainability sectorsExperience in the energy transition requiredPrior agency experience highly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytellingAbility to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with digital PR tools and analytics platformsA team player with a collaborative spirit and leadership qualitiesBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field Why Join Us Be a part of a team that’s making a tangible impact and work with some of the most innovative companies in clean energyCompetitive compensation, generous PTO and excellent benefitsFlexible work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and leadership developmentA culture of collaboration, learning, belonging, and a shared commitment to excellence The compensation range for this position is $70-85,000 annually, annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
