User Creation

• User Creation (using script or manual)
• Users Disable/ Enable
• User password reset
• Access to files shares using security group
• Access to different tools and applications

RBAC (Role based access control)

• includes proper verification and approval before granting access
• Creation of Security groups for file shares, assigning permissions as per request and for different applications
• Creation of scripts for various day to day tasks and bulk requests

Troubleshooting

• trouble shooting access issues from onboarding a user to the system to deboarding (including hold period before permanent deletion)
