Senior Absence Management Consultant

Job Description

Become part of a winning team at HUB International, a 5th largest global insurance broker. This role involves providing and executing best Absence programs for clients, focusing on short- and long-term disability, workers' compensation, statutory disability/paid family and medical leave, FMLA, ADA, and Sick/Vacation/Paid-Time-Off.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Four to six years of experience in human resources, specifically in Workforce Absence Management
• Hands-on leave or claims administration experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with proven ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Up to 25% required travel
