Senior 3D Software Engineer

As a Senior 3D Software Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market. Responsibilities Contribute to the technology roadmap for digital systems technologies and platformsSpecify, design, and lead the development of state-of-the-art 3D software algorithms and solutions that improve the lives of patients around the worldBe an active member of a high performing software development team in an agile environmentContribute to and influence cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and integrate with newly emerging technologies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relatedFive (5) years of software development in a private, public, government, or military environmentProfessional software development experience in C++ and WebAssembly (Wasm)Experience developing 3D geometry processing software Preferred Qualifications Solid foundation in 3D math and 3D geometryExperience utilizing 3D triangle mesh topology representations and 3D curves/surfacesExperience visualizing, analyzing, and debugging complex multi-dimensional dataProven ability to write clean, concise, and readable code that is modularized and testable; values code reviews and comprehensive unit testingCross-platform development experience with Windows and Linux using modern features from C++11 and laterExperience with CMakeExperience with distributed version control systems such as GitExperience collaborating with a team to explore approaches and then perform research and tests to develop innovative algorithm solutionsDemonstrated problem solving and analysis skills, systems thinker, results driven, self-motivated, team skills, ability to work independently and with distributed teamsProven experience with enterprise scale web development of commercial applications in a Microsoft environmentProven experience with Babylon JSProven experience with Javascript/Typescript and 3D scene graphsProven experience with modern progressive web applicationsProven experience with modern bundlersExperience with web technologies including: Dom manipulation, HTML5, css, REST API’s and HTML canvasesExperience with: C#, ASP.Net, and AjaxExperience with Microsoft Azure developmentExperience working on an Agile Scrum team The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
