Senior 3-D Specialist - Graphics

Essential Functions

Develop 3D models, renderings, and animated visualizations from engineering, landscape, and architectural plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
Produce large-scale roadway and interchange animations featuring moving traffic, pedestrians, and other dynamic elements.
Import, clean, and integrate CADD/GIS/modeling data into visualization workflows.
Perform post-production and final video editing for animations, site visit footage, and drone video, including compositing, color correction, graphics, titles, and preparation of polished deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines across projects of varying size and complexity.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and/or external clients to discuss desired graphics, ensure technical accuracy and visual clarity.

Required Skills And Experience

• A High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years’ experience in the A/E/C industry including large-scale infrastructure projects.
• A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
• A strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, MicroStation/ORD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communication materials.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
• An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• A Certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in 3D graphic design or a related field.
• 10 years’ experience in the A/E/C industry including large-scale infrastructure projects.
