Senior 3-D Specialist - Graphics

Essential Functions

• Develop 3D models, renderings, and animated visualizations from engineering, landscape, and architectural plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Produce large-scale roadway and interchange animations featuring moving traffic, pedestrians, and other dynamic elements.
• Import, clean, and integrate CADD/GIS/modeling data into visualization workflows.
• Perform post-production and final video editing for animations, site visit footage, and drone video, including compositing, color correction, graphics, titles, and preparation of polished deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines across projects of varying size and complexity.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and/or external clients to discuss desired graphics, ensure technical accuracy and visual clarity.

Required Skills And Experience

• A High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years’ experience in the A/E/C industry including large-scale infrastructure projects.
• A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
• A strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, MicroStation/ORD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communication materials.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
• An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• A Certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in 3D graphic design or a related field.
• 10 years’ experience in the A/E/C industry including large-scale infrastructure projects.
