About the role
As the Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer Sr, you will drive requirements and ownership across key process wafer and focal plane modules while developing and sustaining high-performance detector products.
Responsibilities
- Drive requirements and ownership across photolithography, etching, deposition, metrology, hybridization, advanced interconnects, and packaging processes.
- Develop and sustain compound detector products using data-driven analysis.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced interconnects and packaging solutions.
- Ensure product documentation is detailed and delivered to the production floor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree in engineering, material science, or a relevant field.
- Experience with photolithography, etch, deposition, or hybridization.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with DOE analysis.
- Excellent engineering documentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams on projects of moderate complexity.
- Ability to interface effectively from the technician level to senior management.
Desired Skills
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ability to run failure analysis.
- Familiarity with DOE analysis.
- Experience running semiconductor equipment.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $110,300.00 - $204,900.00

Schedule
- For non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
- For represented full-time employees: accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
- PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
