About the Role

We're looking for advanced degree holders to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they can tackle complex, real-world material science challenges with genuine scientific rigor.
What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced material science problems with real-world relevance
- Apply your expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or related disciplines to craft complex, rigorous problem statements
- Evaluate AI-generated solutions for scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of scientific precision and communicative clarity
Who You Are
- Holds a Master's or PhD in Material Science, or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or adjacent areas
- Proficient in Python or MATLAB for research or technical problem-solving
- Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex science with clarity and precision
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- Detail-oriented with a natural commitment to scientific rigor
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in computational materials science or quantum chemistry
- Experience writing technical documentation, peer-reviewed papers, or structured research reports
- Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning concepts as an end user or researcher
