Responsibilities
- Developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Configuring equipment to communicate with host systems, including setting up communication parameters and defining data collection variables.
- Testing Tool and Host communication using a Simulator.
- Creating and managing Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipes for equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validating them.
- Collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and processes.
- Maintaining and enhancing test automation frameworks for continuous improvement.
- Implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC).
- Participating in fit gap analysis, process modeling, and process standardization with Area lead and Process SME.
- Working with lead SMEs to develop factory automation requirements.
- Authoring and performing documents supporting validation of Factory automation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements for MES development.
- Providing times, user story point estimates, and status for all stories assigned to them.
- Maintaining flexibility to work during HyperCare and Go-live support.
- Identifying, mentoring, and developing talent within the team to build leaders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Deep understanding of the SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30 and related standards).
- Experience with SECS/GEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols.
- Experience working with Wafer Manufacturing Tool and Host Automation application (C#/Java).
- Expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices.
Skills
- Technical/Functional Skills: Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing processes, Deep understanding of the SECS/GEM standards, Experience with SECS/GEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols, Developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment, Configuring equipment to communicate with host systems, Testing Tool and Host communication using a Simulator, Creating and managing Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipes for equipment, Collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and processes, Monitoring equipment status and performance metrics, Implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC), Functional Experience in GUI, Tool Scheduling, Recipe Management and Factory Automation -SECS/GEM, Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for continuous improvement, Possesses expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices.
Pay
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 a year
