About the role
This is a practical role where you’ll support the production process by assembling components to specification, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Follow build procedures, drawings, and instructions accurately
- Work to takt times and complete daily time sheets
- Take ownership of your own quality and inspect your work
- Use the correct PPE and promote good housekeeping
- Support team members and assist with other operations as needed
- Be flexible and willing to move between departments when required
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude
Requirements
- Experience in production assembly or manufacturing environments
- Health & safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
- Capable of working to operation/takt times
- Able to record activities and complete documentation accurately
- Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and team spirit
- Willing to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
- Experience in body building, coach building, or reading engineering drawings is a bonus
- Flexible with working hours and available for overtime when required

Pay
Up to £15.85 per hour, DOE.
Schedule
40 hours per week | between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday.
