Semi Service Technician (Night Shift)

What You'll Do

• Work alongside Engineering and Development teams to provide direct product feedback
• Be the part of the first heavy duty commercial Semi Service technicians in the field
• Support the Tesla Semi Fleet that will move Tesla cargo between our own factories
• Support Tesla Heavy Service Centers and our first customers and repair their fleets as needed
• Create/maintain repair instructions to be used by anyone servicing a Tesla Semi
• Support customer charging concerns as needed

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver’s license required with ability to obtain and maintain a CDL
• Fluent in diagnosis/troubleshooting of heavy vehicle systems (ex. engines, transmissions, LV /HV electrical)
• Absolutely need ASE Certification, 608/609 certifications (preferred)
• Ability to innovate, solve complex issues, present new ideas and work well as part of a team including excellent commercial customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
• Willingness to travel as necessary (customer facilities, close geographical area, and training sites), work the required schedule, and work at the specific location required.
• Open to relocate based on program needs is a plus

Expected Compensation

• $24.00 - $68.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
