Semi Service Technician (Afternoon Shift)

What You'll Do

• Work alongside Engineering and Development teams to provide direct product feedback
• Be the part of the first heavy duty commercial Semi Service technicians in the field
• Support the Tesla Semi Fleet that will move Tesla cargo between our own factories
• Serve as a technician for Tesla Heavy Service Centers and their first customers
• Repair fleets as needed and support customer charging concerns

What You'll Bring

• A valid driver’s license with ability to obtain and maintain a CDL
• Fluent in diagnosis/troubleshooting of heavy vehicle systems (ex. engines, transmissions, LV /HV electrical)
• ASE Certification, 608/609 certifications (preferred)
• Ability to innovate, solve complex issues, present new ideas, and work well as part of a team
• Excellent commercial customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
• Willingness to travel as necessary (customer facilities, close geographical area, and training sites)
• Open to relocate based on program needs (a plus)

Pay & Benefits

Expected Compensation: $30.40 - $54.72/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
